Argonaut acted as Joint Lead Manager to the $35 million Placement for Troy Resources Limited in 2015 to continue exploration at the Karouni Project as well as to commission a processing plant for the site. Previously, Argonaut acted as Joint Lead Manager for a placement of $28 million for Troy Resources Limited via a Share Placement and Share Purchase Plan.

Troy Resources Limited (ASX:TRY) is a midsize gold exploration company focused on developing mines in Australia and South America since 2002. The Company acquired Azimuth Resources Limited in 2013, including the Karouni Project in Guyana, northeast coast of South America.
