Global Lithium – Acquisition of 80% of Manna Lithium Project – December 2021

Argonaut acted as Financial Advisor to the $33 million acquisition of an 80% interest in the Manna Lithium Project (“Manna”) by Global Lithium Resources Limited (ASX:GL1) (“Global Lithium”).

Manna is an outcropping spodumene bearing pegmatite exploration project located in the infrastructure rich Goldfields region approximately 100km east of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
