Argonaut acted Lead Manager to successfully raise $50 million for Pantoro Limited (ASX:PNR) (“Pantoro” or the “Company”) at an issue price of $0.24 per share by way of a placement (“Placement”). The Placement was underpinned by strong support from institutional and sophisticated investors.
Funds from the Placement are earmarked to go towards resource and reserve growth, greenfields and extensional exploration, and project development works.
