Youth Focus is a unique independent not for profit organisation that supports vulnerable young people in Western Australia by offering a range of mental health services. They operate with a team of highly trained and skilled psychologists, social workers and occupational therapists to provide a range of early intervention and prevention services free of charge, aimed at supporting young people and their families.
The Cause… The St Vincent de Paul Society WA and the Rotary Club of Perth are raising funds for Passages Resource Centres, helping create pathways out of homelessness for young people with access to lifesaving activities and the support they need to make informed decisions and adopt safer and healthier lifestyles.

The first Ronald McDonald House in Western Australia in Subiaco was introduced in 1990. While the original House is no longer running, since then, Ronald McDonald have opened the doors to their state-of-the-art 47 bedroom House in Nedlands, and a 14 bedroom House inside Perth Children’s Hospital. They have supported sick children and their families for over 29 years.
Through their accommodation and support services, they strive to keep families together when life gets turned upside down due to a child’s illness.
The Ronald McDonald Houses and Programs are run by a tirelessly hard working team of staff and volunteers, aided by the generous support of donors, sponsors and corporate partners.
Argonaut is very pleased to donate $113,457.80 to the LMDRF from our Brokerage for Bushfire Relief day. All share trading brokerage and commissions generated by the Argonaut team on Friday 12 February has been donated in support of the communities impacted by the devastating Wooroloo bushfires. $20,000 Donation – Argonaut Inaugural Chair’s Lunch
Argonaut held its inaugural Chair’s Lunch on 9th February, 2022. It was attended by 18 Chairs of the leading mining companies in Western Australia. The intimate, exclusive lunch provided a unique opportunity for guests to network and discuss the ongoing challenges faced by many Chairs in the resource sector.
On behalf of their guests, Argonaut donated $20,000 to Miners’ Promise. Miners’ Promise is a Perth-based non-profit organisation which provides support to families across the Australian mining, oil & gas and construction industries in times of tragedy and crisis.
