Argonaut is pleased to announce the appointments of Andrew Muir and James Wilson.
Andrew has joined Argonaut in the role of Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team and commenced on Tuesday 19 July 2016. Andrew has extensive industry experience having worked as both an exploration and mine geologist for 12 years with various companies and as a Metals & Mining research analyst for the past 10 years with Hartleys and JP Morgan.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology Major) from UWA, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and is currently undertaking a combined MBA and Masters of Mineral Economics with Curtin School of Business.
James has joined Argonaut in the role of Metals & Mining Research Analyst and also commenced Tuesday 19 July 2016. James has extensive industry experience having worked as both an exploration and mine geologist for 15 years with various companies across multiple jurisdictions (Australia – 6 years, Africa – 7 years and China – 2 years). Post this James has spent the past 10 years as a Metals & Mining Research Analyst and most recently as the Senior Research Analyst with Morgans Financial.
James has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Analysis & Valuation and a Diploma in Technical Analysis attained with the Financial Services Institute of Australia and also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
