Argonaut acted as Joint Lead Manager to a $75 million institutional placement for Centaurus Metals Limited (ASX:CTM) (“Centaurus” or the “Company”). The Placement was strongly supported by new and existing domestic and international institutional and sophisticated investors.
Funds from the Placement will be applied towards Definitive Feasibility Study workstreams and other exploration & development activities for the Jaguar Nickel Sulphide Project, as well as general working capital.
